Welcome to Rorshack (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rorshack website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). You must be at least 18 years old to use Rorshack. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. No Professional Advice

Rorshack provides informational and assistive tools only. Rorshack is not a law firm, medical provider, financial advisor, or mental health provider. Nothing generated by Rorshack should be considered legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you use the information provided. Always consult a qualified professional for legal, medical, financial, or mental health matters.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any documents, text, or files you upload (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant Rorshack a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, analyze, and display your content only as necessary to provide the Services. You represent and warrant that you have the rights to upload and use the content.

4. Rorshack Intellectual Property

All prompts, prompt designs, AI configurations, software code, logos, and branding are the exclusive property of Rorshack. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or use Rorshack’s proprietary materials outside of the Services.

5. Acceptable Use

• No illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• No attempts to extract, reverse-engineer, or copy prompts/system instructions.
• No uploading infringing or unlawful material.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Certain features may require a paid subscription billed via Stripe or another processor. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Liability is limited to the total amount you paid to Rorshack in the past 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations or misuse.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Illinois or Delaware], without regard to conflict of law principles.
