Rorshack – Privacy Policy (v0.3)

This Privacy Policy explains how Rorshack, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our services (“Services”).
1. Information We Collect
- Account: Email and authentication data.
- User Content: Text you enter and files you upload to use the Services.
- Usage: Session/activity logs necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- Technical: IP address, device/browser information, cookies.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, secure, and improve the Services.
- Detect/prevent abuse and troubleshoot incidents.
- Communicate with you about your account and product updates.
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms.
3. Model Training
We do not use your prompts or documents to train third-party foundation models. We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics to improve safety and quality.
4. Sharing & Subprocessors
We use trusted infrastructure and processors under contract, such as Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database/storage), OpenAI (LLM API), and Upstash (rate limiting). We do not sell personal data.
5. Data Retention
By default, messages are retained for up to 90 days for safety, abuse prevention, and quality. You can adjust your retention window in Settings. You may request deletion at legal@rorshack.com.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location (e.g., U.S. state law, GDPR/UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise rights.
7. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit/at rest, access controls, and monitoring. No system is 100% secure; please use strong, unique credentials.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; we’ll update the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated reasonably.
